- Increase community citizenship
- Recognize relationships between actions and community impact

Expected Behaviors
- Participate authentically
- Exercise respect in speech and actions
- Collaborate before conflicts
- Avoid discriminatory or harassing behaviors
- Be mindful of surroundings and fellow participants
Unacceptable Behaviors
- Intimidating, harassing, abusive, or discriminatory speech
- Inappropriate use of nudity or sexual imagery
- Deliberate intimidation or stalking
- Sustained disruption of events
- Unwelcome physical or sexual attention
Consequences
- Organizers may take appropriate action
- Potential temporary or permanent community expulsion
- No warning or refund for paid events

If you experience or witness unacceptable behavior, please notify community organizers immediately:

- Organizers can be identified by red highlighted badges at the event

- All participants, sponsors, speakers, and attendees
- Online interactions related to DevFest Vienna
